Site assessments and preparation of feasibility studies, area planning and cost estimates for the planning and realization of commercial and residential projects
Negotiations with authorities, agencies, urban planners and stakeholders of the urban society
Support of urban planning workshop procedures and architectural competitions
Supervision of B-plan procedures
Management of negotiations for urban development contracts
Supervision of neighborhood agreements
Processing of internal and external reporting
Your profile
You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management/property management or urban planning or comparable training, e.g. in the field of housing/property management
Several years of professional experience in the development of commercial and residential construction projects and building land development
Experience in leading project teams
Strong communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills
Legal knowledge of the real estate industry an advantage
