As a Professional Country Marketing Performance Manager at PERGOLUX, you will drive complex marketing strategies through analytical thinking and entrepreneurial execution. Your mission will be to lead performance marketing efforts within your market, adapt global strategies to local needs, and deliver measurable results that align with company goals
Tasks
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy for the country.
- Own the media mix and allocate budgets across channels (including but not limited to Meta, Google, Email, Affiliates, Influencers, Print, CRM) including organic/SEO to maximize ROI.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into campaign performance, identifying possible improvements including being responsible for post campaign reporting and opportunity analysis.
- Ensure that if contribution margin / revenue performance does not meet targets, a detailed root cause analysis is done and a detailed improvement plan is developed with actionable strategies to align results with targets within an agreed timeframe. Regular follow-ups and performance tracking must be shared with the Country Manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Optimizes the digital advertising consumer journey focusing on full funnel ad messaging and audience targeting improvements to increase CVR (or correlating KPI) and marketing channel efficiency.
- Design and implement advanced A/B testing frameworks to refine targeting, creatives, and messaging.
- Manage relationships with agencies and freelancers, ensuring they deliver high-quality work on time. Provide detailed briefs and oversee progress at a project level.
- Actively participate in Pods to align with global strategies, share insights, and adopt best practices.
- Ensure marketing campaigns are executed on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintain Data Quality in dashboards to monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, ROAS, and CAC. Take ownership of data quality in KLAR for the market and work with global on improving it over time.
- Use insights to make data-backed decisions on scaling campaigns or reallocating budgets.
- Work closely with global teams to align on overarching strategies while adapting them to local market nuances.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Share insights and learnings with peers in other markets to contribute to the global knowledge base.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the local market.
- Adapt creative strategies to local audience preferences, ensuring maximum resonance and engagement.
- Test and scale new channels (e.g., influencer marketing, partnerships) based on market potential.
- Forecasting of sales performance in alignment with Country Manager based on historical data and market trends, presenting projections quarterly to leadership.
- Perform competitor (ads) tracking to monitor share of voice, creative trends, and pricing benchmarks.
Concrete Deliverables
- Launch campaigns reliably, on time, and without spelling or semantic mistakes according to the campaign plan.
- Ensure campaigns meet advanced performance standards and align with overarching goals.
- Consistently maintain a minimum ROAS of 4-5x or as aligned with the Country Manager.
- Successfully scale marketing channels in alignment with targets.
- Achieve country-wide contribution margin as aligned with the Country Manager.
- Provide frequent (as aligned with the Country Manager and global team) performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
Skills Required
- Proficiency in advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI dashboards).
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Jira, and Confluence.
- Expertise in paid media platforms, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns.
- Strong project management skills to handle cross-functional initiatives.
- Expertise in negotiation contracts and developing partnerships (e.g. with agencies and external partners such as influencers)
Experience
- 3-5 years in performance marketing, with hands-on experience in e-commerce or high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated success in managing high budgets and optimizing for profitability.
- Includes experience from the Associate level, such as campaign management and basic optimization.
