    YOUR MISSION

    As a Senior Product Designer with a focus on Visual Design you take responsibility for designing the user experience of our next generation AI products end to end. With your eye for detail and exceptional taste for user interface design you shape the visual language of Parloa's Product UIs for the future to come. You contribute towards creating an industry leading enterprise experience that makes using AI automation workflows approachable and joyful to set up for our customers.

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Consistently improve and evolve Parloa's UI design language and contribute to our Design System based on our brand and market trends.
    • Support user research efforts that uncover the needs, goals, and pain points of our users.
    • Conceptualize new features by creating information architecture, user journeys, user flows, interactive prototypes, etc.
    • Run co-creation / ideation sessions with users or team members
    • Run usability tests and review designs in regards to accessibility 
    • Create high fidelity ui designs, prototypes and documentation for development
    • Closely collaborate with fellow designers, effectively distributing the work and doing co-design and feedback sessions
    • Closely collaborate with product managers and engineers in all phases and include various stakeholders (internally / externally) in the process

    Our Design and Collaboration stack:
    Figma, Notion, Jira

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • 6+ years working experience in Product Design, UI / UX design or similar
    • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Graphic Design, a related discipline, or comparable practical experience
    • Proven track record of designing complex digital products in multi disciplinary and agile teams
    • Proficiency in the full product design process and ability to ship features end-to-end
    • Strong visual design skills and a portfolio that backs them up
    • Strong proficiency in UX/UI design tools, especially Figma
    • Strong communication skills in English

     

    NICE TO HAVE:

     

    • Experience with AI, Voice / Chat, Enterprise or Saas Products
    • Experience with Brand Design
    • Motion Design, Illustration or Frontend Engineering Skills
    • German language skills
