Your mission as a Senior Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our in-house finance team.

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for continuously developing business structures within our finance department working closely with our Finance Director.

You will excel in this position if you possess a strong passion for technology, thrive in startup environments, and seek a comprehensive finance role encompassing finance, operations, and commercial aspects.

What you'll be doing

Further develop and implement scalable reporting systems to record, plan, and improve our financial activities
Drive company-wide financial planning and the development of valuable business insights
Support the optimization of accounting processes
Foster business growth through advanced financial modeling and the creation of business cases for strategic growth opportunities
Monitor and assess the macroeconomic environment, outlook, and industry-specific trends
Assist in annual budgeting, revenue forecasting, and controlling processes while actively managing our cash flow
Coordinate and liaise with external stakeholders, and prepare and deliver key outputs for our management team to facilitate informed strategic decisions

You will thrive in this role if

You hold a Master's degree or MBA in Finance or a related field
You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a high-responsibility controlling/FP&A environment, ideally within a corporate setting, big 4 auditing firm, or high-growth startup, with a finance-interdisciplinary skill set
You bring proven experience in building finance and reporting structures, preferably in an international SaaS Scale-Up or similar fast-paced environment
You are KPI-driven, analytical, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset
You are fluent in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, or German is advantageous
You bring a positive, helpful, and independent attitude
You are naturally curious and enjoy creative problem-solving, such as delving into large datasets to identify patterns and innovative ways to enhance business performance
Experiences in Treasury, Tax, and Audit are a plus
