    As a Senior People Operations Partner (f/m/d)* you will be a pivotal member of our team in Berlin, and spearhead the optimization of our people operations, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for all Parloa employees.



    • Taking full ownership of pre-, on-, and offboarding processes, including the coordination and facilitation of onboarding sessions.
    • Handling all administrative tasks related to our global employees, such as managing EOR requests, workation arrangements, as well as contract creation and management.
    • Owning the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payments for all employees.
    • Collaborating with our PEO provider, Justworks, to manage contract administration effectively for our US employees.
    • Contributing to the definition and management of our local benefits packages.
    • Curating and updating our internal knowledge base (Notion) to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
    • Maintaining meticulous records, documentation, and filings to ensure compliance and data integrity.

     Personio, Leapsome, Asana, Zapier, Greenhouse, Notion, GSuite, Slack



    • Availability to work onsite at our Berlin office on a regular basis (3 days a week).
    • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
    • Demonstrated expertise in policy development, with the ability to craft and communicate policies effectively.
    • A strong service-oriented mindset, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.
    • In-depth knowledge of German labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards, ensuring our policies and procedures remain legally sound.
    • Familiarity with payroll systems and procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing.
    • Strong data analytics skills, enabling you to derive insights from people metrics to inform decision-making.



    • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
    •  Experience with HRIS/PEO and other People related software.
    • Pre-, On- and Offboarding: Design and implementation of Pre-, On- and Offboarding processes. Conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding procedures.
    • Project Management Skills: Managing people projects, meeting deadlines, and budget management.
