    • YOUR MISSION:

    As an IT Manager, you will be part a core member of the IT department of Parloa and support the technical infrastructure that enables our people and operations to work efficiently, in an individual contributor position within the IT department.  You'll support the growth of our organization by focusing on maintaining our assets and offering a high quality IT service to our employees. Enabling and making others effective is what you strive for.

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Coordinate employee onboarding and off-boarding processes efficiently, utilizing tools such as Jira for task management and workflow coordination.
    • Managing user access and permissions, and leveraging automation tools like Zapier to streamline tasks.
    • Regularly review and update IAM policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and security standards are met.
    • Monitor access controls and permissions, promptly addressing any issues or discrepancies.
    • Utilize asset management tools like Snipe IT proficiently to maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets.
    • Ensure high-quality video conferencing/audio visual setups on-site, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for virtual and hybrid company events, ensuring seamless communication and engagement for all participants.
    • Act as a go-to person for internal IT requests (Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets)

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • Strong technical expertise, including at least 1 year of experience as IT Manager/IT Systems Administrator.
    • B.Sc. or higher degree in computer science or related field and/or relevant experience as IT Manager in a fast paced environment.
    • Strong knowledge of popular operating systems (Mac, Windows) and cloud-based systems like Google Workspace, Atlassian Jira, Notion, Miro, Azure etc.
    • Experience identifying ways to automate processes.
    • Good understanding of IT processes and familiarity with standards and best practices.
    • Experience in Troubleshooting Apple Mac Devices.

    NICE TO HAVE:

    • Startup experience. (Hyper growth phase).
    • Experienced in setting up high quality hybrid meetings and proper AV solutions.
    • ISO27001:2022 and/or SOCII is a known framework to you.
    • Handling customer IT - Security questionnaires (RFP's).
    • Experienced in setup and/or maintain a VPN infrastructure.
    • Experience using Python and or bash scripting.
