    As our Director of Product for Conversational AI (f/m/d)*, you will oversee the product development for our AI-powered conversational products. In this leadership role, you will work with several product development teams, leading a team of product managers, and driving various products to success in an exciting market and technology environment. You set the strategic direction, help teams define their execution, and are part of the product leadership team. You will bring your deep experience in product management, user experience design, a thorough understanding of AI technology, and experience working with Enterprise customers to build out Parloa's leadership position in customer service automation.


    • Drive real consumer impact: Discover, develop and implement AI-driven solutions that increase the effectiveness and quality of customer service globally. Think big and drive positive improvements for millions of customer service interactions through the  technology you and your team are building.
    • Lead Product Strategy: Establish and communicate the strategic vision for conversational AI product suite. This includes co-defining the product vision with tech leadership, setting the strategic direction, and developing a clear roadmap for achieving goals.
    • Empower & Manage  Product Teams: Empower and direct a team of product managers, fostering an environment of innovation and high performance.
    • Drive Execution: Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of product features that meet market needs.
    • Enhance User Experience: Work closely with UX teams to design and refine product interfaces that enhance user interactions and satisfaction.
    • Engage Many Stakeholders: Collaborate with various internal teams, external partners that are crucial for sales and implementation success and enterprise customers to build an amazing product that fulfills their needs.
    • Metrics and Analytics: Establish a data-driven approach to product development, leveraging analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.



    • Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management at leading or high-growth tech companies,  ideally within the Conversational AI/LLM or machine learning space or software for customer service industry. 3+ years experience leading high-performing product teams and bringing innovative solutions to market is essential.
    • Product Leadership: Adept at managing complex product roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, UX, data science) through the entire product development lifecycle – from ideation to execution and launch. You have a proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and ensure on-time delivery to achieve ambitious product goals.
    • Team Catalyst: You are an inspiring leader with the ability to motivate and empower a high-performing team. You foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, with positive impact across the entire tech team. 
    • Ability To Learn & Adapt Rapidly: you are skilled at building products in a rapidly developing environment which you can apply effectively to "AI/LLM" and "customer service automation" which is a fast-moving market and technology landscape
    • Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to articulate complex product details and strategic value propositions to diverse audiences. You effectively manage complex stakeholder relationships in an Enterprise environment.
    • Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required. Additional language proficiency in German is a plus, but not required.
