Aufgaben

Develop visual identities, brand systems, and design guidelines
Design websites, landing pages, and digital brand experiences
Create client presentations, concept boards, and visual directions
Translate strategic insights into compelling visual solutions
Collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, developers, and clients
Contribute to the continuous evolution of our design quality and processes
Explore and integrate AI-supported design workflows where valuable
Support pitches, workshops, and new business initiatives with strong visual thinking

Qualifikation

4+ years experience in branding, digital design, or agency environments
Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and web design projects
Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual systems, and design principles
Excellent skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, Webflow, Agentic workflows
Ability to think conceptually while maintaining a high level of executional craft
Experience working directly with clients and presenting design work
Interest in emerging technologies and AI-supported creative workflows
Fluent in German and English
