Tasks

Position: System Administrator

Location: Germany

Field: Automotive

Type: 35, hours/week, 100% remote

Tasks:

• Administration and monitoring of Linux servers, databases and IT application software;
• Support in the area of access and identity management topics
• Supporting end users in the area of 2nd and 3rd level support (hardware and software);
• Support in the implementation of digitization topics;

Requirements

Requirements:

• Completed training/technician in the field of IT;
• Experience in Linux server administration;
• Knowledge of 2nd and 3rd level support;
• Ability to work in a team and think and act independently;
• German language skills: B1 level would be helpful, but not mandatory. English suffices.
• Proficient in Linux servers, notably Red Hat Enterprise Linux, within Linux environments.
• Experienced with database systems.
• Responsible for deploying software updates.
• Skilled in managing software update processes, including MySQL updates.
