Process Development Engineer - Epitaxy (f/m/d)

At our company, we are continuously seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team. We are currently looking for a skilled Process Development Engineer specializing in Epitaxy to contribute to our ongoing projects and initiatives.

As a Process Development Engineer specializing in Epitaxy, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development of groundbreaking technologies. You will be part of either the technology or operations team.

Tasks

As a Process Development Engineer (Epitaxy), you will play a key role in the development and optimization of epitaxy processes, particularly focusing on materials such as silicon. You will lead projects aimed at process optimization and qualification, collaborate with various departments, and manage projects related to process change and quality improvement. Additionally, your technical expertise will be instrumental in
contributing to the development of infrastructure and procurement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in Engineering, Material Science, or related field.
• Expertise in Silicon materials growth by epitaxy or CVD
• Strong understanding of epitaxial growth processes and their influence on product quality
• Experience in managing projects related to process optimization and improvement
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• A hands-on mentality combined with a sense of responsibility
• Good team and communication skills, confident communication in English, German is a plus
