NautilusLog GmbH is an innovative maritime technology company dedicated to optimizing operational efficiency and compliance within the shipping industry. We are looking for motivated working students with a maritime background to support our Customer Support team.
Tasks
- Provide 1st-level support, handling and resolving simple customer issues.
- Escalate technical and complex customer issues to the development and product team.
- Assist with customer onboarding, troubleshooting, and CRM communications.
- Contribute to our knowledge base, ensuring valuable support materials are available.
- Facilitate training and demo sessions for customers.
- Leverage your nautical expertise to support customers with vessel technical reports.
- Offer insights into maritime procurement and supply chain operations.
- Assist customers with digital maritime solutions integration and best practices.
Requirements
- Maritime background required, preferably with sea-going experience.
- Strong communication skills in English (German and other languages are a plus).
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot is a plus).
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (Atlassian suite: Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Basic understanding of service management and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of vessel technical reports, maritime procurement systems, and supply chain processes.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-centric attitude.
