Mobileye is seeking for a Customer Support Engineer to assist leading automotive companies (OEMs) in deploying Mobileye products. This role involves analyzing complex systems and collaborating with development teams to drive effective solutions.
What will your job look like?Act as Technical liaison for System Software issues on customer platformsAnalyze and troubleshoot system problems, including Ethernet, sensor connectivity, software updates, and vehicle communicationCollaborate with Mobileye SW teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve issuesSupport the development of innovative automotive products, including autonomous vehiclesAll you need is:Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in system debugging/testing in the automotive industryKnowledge of vehicle topology and ECU system architectureStrong skills in Ethernet communication, CANFD, ETH, SOMEIP, and tools like CANoeStrong experience in Ethernet communication and service-oriented architectureFrequent travel within Germany/Europe on short noticeProficient in EnglishPreferred qualifications:5-7 years of experience in automotive system/SW/validation, preferably with ADAS productsExperience with multi-SOC ECUs, AUTOSAR, and network managementAdvanced debugging skills for field issuesMobileye changes the way we drive, from preventing accidents to semi and fully autonomous vehicles.
