Deshalb suchen wir einen engagierten Product Manager mit Fokus auf Design & Qualität (D&Q) im Bereich Automotive Software & AI, der unsere Produktentwicklung strategisch und technologisch mitgestaltet.
Deine Rolle – Automotive & AI im Fokus
Als Product Manager – Spezialist D&Q bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen technologischer Innovation, Produktdesign und qualitativ hochwertiger Umsetzung im Automotive-Umfeld. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von FILAKS. PLUS mit Fokus auf intelligente Funktionen, AI-gestützte Prozesse und exzellente Nutzererfahrung.
Du verstehst die spezifischen Anforderungen moderner Autohäuser und bringst die technische Umsetzung mit den Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden in Einklang – mit einem besonderen Fokus auf datengetriebene Entscheidungen und AI-basierte Automatisierung.
Deine Aufgaben
- Übersetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Spezifikationen mit Blick auf AI-gestützte Funktionen und Workflows
- Verantwortlich für das Design und die Implementierung neuer Features im Bereich automotive Digitalisierung, intelligente Automatisierung und Nutzerzentrierung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam zur Sicherstellung einer durchgängigen Umsetzung der Produktstrategie
- Durchführung von Tests und Datenanalysen zur Qualitätssicherung – sowohl manuell als auch mithilfe automatisierter und AI-unterstützter Tools
- Überwachung und Bewertung der Softwarequalität anhand definierter KPIs und AI-basierter Anomalieerkennung
- Proaktive Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen in der Benutzerführung und Systemintelligenz
- Zusammenarbeit mit Teams aus Entwicklung, Beratung, Vertrieb und Data Science
- Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Key Accounts aus dem Automobilhandel und aktives Einholen von Feedback zu AI-Funktionen
- Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer DMS-Plattform in Richtung Predictive Analytics, intelligente Prozesse und digitale Assistenten
Das bringst Du mit
- Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik – idealerweise mit Automotive-Bezug
- Erfahrung im Automotive-Umfeld, z. B. in einem Autohaus, OEM, IT-Dienstleister oder Softwareanbieter für Autohäuser
- Begeisterung für digitale Produkte und AI-basierte Lösungen
- Kenntnisse in Datenbanken (MS-SQL) und idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Machine Learning oder AI-gestützten Systemen
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturiertes Denken
- Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen klar zu vermitteln
- Teamfähigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und eine kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
- Gesetzlich berechtigt, in Deutschland zu arbeiten

We are currently seeking a passionate Product Manager – Specialist in Design & Quality (D&Q) with a strong focus on Automotive Software & AI to drive our product vision and technology roadmap forward.
Your Role – Focused on Automotive & AI
As a Product Manager – Specialist D&Q, you will act as a key interface between product innovation, design excellence, and technical implementation within the automotive software domain. You will play a pivotal role in the strategic and functional evolution of FILAKS. PLUS, with a clear focus on AI-driven capabilities, intelligent process automation, and user-centric design.
With a deep understanding of the automotive business environment, you will bridge customer needs with technical possibilities – turning business processes into smart digital solutions enhanced by AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable development specifications – especially for AI-enabled features and automated workflows
- Own the design and implementation of new functionalities in the areas of automotive digitization, intelligent automation, and predictive tools
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure successful delivery of new product features
- Conduct quality assurance through manual and automated testing, including the use of AI-powered test and monitoring tools
- Monitor and assess software quality using key performance indicators and identify optimization opportunities
- Detect and manage quality issues; coordinate bug resolution with development
- Work cross-functionally with development, consulting, sales, and data science teams
- Support key account management by gathering structured feedback on AI-enabled functions
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of our DMS platform with a focus on predictive analytics, smart workflows, and digital assistants
About You
- Degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar – ideally with experience in the automotive sector
- Background in or strong affinity for the automotive industry (e.g. dealership, OEM, or DMS provider)
- Interest in AI and digital innovation in the automotive space
- Experience with databases (MS-SQL); exposure to AI or Machine Learning is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a structured and customer-centric approach
- Fluent in German and English
- Legally authorized to work in Germany
