Your role and responsibilities
- You support and advise your Colleagues on Application Problems by answering IT-specific Questions.
- You will analyze hardware and software Faults, which is Part of your daily Challenge where you can demonstrate your problem-solving Skills.
- You will plan System and Network Structures and implement them together with your Team.
- You will coordinate external Service Providers for Hardware and Software Problems (2nd and 3rd level support).
- You will be involved in various Projects to establish IT Systems.
- You will also conduct Workshops and create Training Documents and Instructions for your Colleagues.
Your profile
- You have a High School Diploma.
- You have a strong technical Understanding and are enthusiastic about IT Topics and modern Technologies.
- You enjoy dealing with and solving customer Queries of all Kinds and value personal Contact.
- You are a strong Communicator, show Initiative, think, and act analytically and are willing to learn new Things.
- You have a Car Driver's License.
- Very good German and good English Skills round off your profile.
