Who we need

A passionate and highly driven person who is looking for an opportunity to lay the foundation for a career in Talent Recruiting. Start by helping us coordinate our recruiting activities and ensuring the highest level of candidate experience whilst getting the opportunity to learn from industry-leading experts.

What you will be doing

Together with the talent team, you will work on creating an exceptional candidate experience from the moment the candidate decided to apply to them getting an offer.

Coordinate the interviews with internal stakeholders using our applicant tracking system Lever (you will get full training).

Ensure the post-interview feedback is collected and shared between both the candidate and hiring managers .

Keep in touch with the candidates and keep them in the loop of any process changes, further stages, answer any questions that might come up.

Ensure candidate satisfaction surveys go out on time and process the results on a monthly basis.

Make sure all of the open positions are posted on relevant platforms, job descriptions are written correctly.

Research and suggest new potential sources of candidates.

Assist with weekly reports on people analytics, hiring stats and pipeline status.

Assist with ad-hoc department tasks as and when needed.

What we need from you

1+ years of experience in a people-centric or service-oriented position.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline in Germany. If you are not a student in Germany, your application will be rejected immediately.

Passion for working with people and willingness to grow in the area of Recruiting.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks within the team and outside.

Ability to learn and apply new things in your work quickly.

Previous Applicant Tracking System experience is a plus.

Excellent oral and written conduct in English. Every other language is a plus.
