Working Student Graphic Design

Milano Vice is a dynamic and innovative food brand that collaborates with professional kitchens to craft and deliver delicious pizzas straight to customers' homes. Our mission is to create a new wave of pizza delivery. As we continue to expand our reach and offering, we are seeking a Working Student in Graphic Design to drive our growth strategies and enhance our market presence.

Tasks

• Create Visual Assets Across Digital Touchpoints: Generate visually compelling designs for various digital channels including emails, paid performance channels, organic social channels, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
• Project Ownership and Execution: Take ownership of design projects from ideation to execution, producing concepts and final designs while collaborating with a small team or working independently as required.
• Adherence to Brand Guidelines: Utilize agreed brand guidelines to deliver assets to a high standard, maintaining consistency and integrity across all visual materials.
• Collaboration with Senior Graphic Designer: Support the existing Graphic Designer on ad hoc projects such as event and store artwork, look books, and packaging, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring project success.
• Creating Brand Collateral for Social Media: Develop concepts and materials for brand collateral on social media platforms, contributing to the creation of engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 1+ years of proven experience in a graphic designer's role, preferably in the food delivery or e-commerce sector.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive and consistent branding across all visual elements.
• Actively contribute with creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Understanding layout principles and typography.
• A meticulous eye for detail! Required to avoid inconsistencies, typos, or inaccuracies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
