As a Senior Product Manager, AI, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and improve decision-making for users. You will shape the strategy and roadmap for AI-driven products, ensuring that features address real customer pain points and deliver measurable business impact. Working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, you will translate user research into actionable product plans and ensure smooth, timely product releases. Your focus will be on creating intuitive, scalable, and high-value AI experiences that delight users while supporting business goals. This is a fully remote role within Europe, offering the opportunity to lead innovative projects in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.
Accountabilities
- Define and execute the AI product vision and strategy, translating it into actionable roadmaps and rapidly shippable projects.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to shape product requirements and features.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure AI features solve the right problems effectively.
- Drive successful product and feature launches, ensuring timelines, quality, and adoption goals are met.
- Define, monitor, and analyze success metrics for AI-powered products.
- Identify opportunities to expand product capabilities and innovate within the AI product space.
- Act as a key influencer across cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders and driving outcomes through trust, clarity, and data-informed decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or B2C SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals to evaluate feasibility with engineering teams (not a data scientist role).
- Solid grasp of large language models (LLMs), including prompt design, quality management, and understanding model capabilities, costs, latency, and context limits.
- Experience assessing and integrating AI solutions such as APIs, SaaS AI services, and third-party ML products.
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts, including tool use, planning, and orchestration.
- Deep empathy for users with a focus on workflow optimization, friction reduction, and creating moments of delight.
- Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and drive momentum independently.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills without direct authority, aligning cross-functional teams and delivering results.
