We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Unreal Developer to craft immersive 3D experiences using Unreal Engine. In this role, you will develop interactive applications, implement gameplay mechanics, and optimize performance to ensure smooth and engaging user experiences. You will collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other developers to deliver high-quality projects, contributing both to the technical architecture and the creative vision. Your expertise in C++, 3D modeling, and database integration will be crucial in building scalable and visually stunning applications. Accountabilities
As a Senior Unreal Developer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, and implement high-performance code within Unreal Engine.
- Create and integrate 3D models, UI, and interactive elements to enhance user experience.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and artists, to deliver cohesive, immersive experiences.
- Implement gameplay mechanics, UI/UX elements, physics simulations, and game streaming services.
- Ensure backend support aligns with application needs through proper database integration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Unreal Engine features, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in Unreal Engine 3D development.
- 5+ years of proficiency in C++ programming.
- Strong skills in 3D development and interactive application design.
- Knowledge of database essentials and integration with applications.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and optimization skills.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and visual storytelling in 3D spaces.
Advantageous skills:
- Experience with Maya, Blender, or 3DMax.
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine Pixel Streaming.
- Familiarity with rendering pipelines (Deferred Rendering, Forward Rendering, Real-Time Ray Tracing), lighting, and post-processing effects.
