The team seeks a talented Quantitative Developer to join Almanak's R&D Team.
In this role, you'll help design, build, and optimize Almanak's trading infrastructure and be at the forefront of AI agent applications in crypto trading.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining software infrastructure for quantitative trading.
- Implementing trading algorithms and strategies in collaboration with Almanak researchers.
- Optimizing and improving the performance of trading systems.
- Ensuring the reliability and robustness of trading platforms.
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.
Requirements
- At least three years of Python experience.
- At least three years of experience as a software engineer.
- Solid experience using web3py to interact with EVM blockchains
- Experience with algorithmic trading (crypto bots specific knowledge is a nice-to-have).
- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Solid knowledge of different blockchains and relevant protocols.
- Experience with cloud computing and dev-ops.
- Experience Solidity & Vyper is a plus.
