    We’re seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus and solid experience in modern web technologies. In this role, you’ll design and deliver scalable applications that power intelligent e-commerce and marketing solutions across Europe. You’ll work alongside a talented, tight-knit team of engineers in a structured yet flexible environment, shaping systems end-to-end — from backend architecture to sleek user interfaces.     Accountabilities

    • Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and SQL, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance.
    • Develop high-quality, intuitive frontends with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, delivering smooth user experiences.
    • Collaborate with DevOps to automate infrastructure and deployments (IaC, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, AWS).
    • Contribute to architecture and system design discussions, balancing performance, maintainability, and scalability.
    • Take ownership of projects from concept to production: design, build, test, deploy, and monitor.
    • Participate in debugging and monitoring activities to ensure optimal production performance.
    • Continuously learn and explore new technologies, including Python or Rust, to enhance existing systems.
    • Drive process improvements through automation and technical innovation.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a proven record of shipping production-grade applications.
    • Strong backend development skills with Node.js, SQL, and API architecture design.
    • Frontend experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
    • Proficiency with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
    • Solid understanding of system architecture, cost estimation, and design trade-offs.
    • Excellent debugging, logging, and performance optimization skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Strong communication skills (English C1–C2), with an empathetic and transparent mindset.
    • Eager to learn Python or Rust and contribute to innovative backend solutions.
    • Bonus: Experience with SEO, AI coding tools, or UI design awareness.
