    This role sits at the intersection of technology, customer strategy, and pre-sales engineering, supporting enterprise clients in translating complex business needs into effective technical solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers design scalable architectures and understand the value of advanced software solutions within their industry context. Working closely with sales and technical teams, you will influence strategic deals by shaping solution design and articulating ROI-driven value propositions. The role requires strong technical fluency combined with consultative communication skills, particularly in enterprise environments. You will engage directly with senior stakeholders across industries, delivering presentations, workshops, and technical guidance. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing position within an international team focused on driving innovation and adoption of advanced digital solutions.


    Accountabilities:
    • Identify and analyze customer needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions and workflows
    • Provide expert guidance on solution architecture, including ROI analysis and value-based positioning of offerings
    • Build strong, trusted relationships with enterprise customers to support long-term technical strategy development
    • Deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops in customer meetings, webinars, and industry events
    • Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and support revenue expansion initiatives
    • Coordinate internal technical specialists and cross-functional resources to support complex pre-sales engagements
    • Contribute feedback to product and engineering teams to improve solution capabilities and user experience
    • Develop technical content and assets to support pre-sales, enablement, and sales automation activities
    • Represent the organization as a technical expert, helping build industry credibility and thought leadership
    • Requirements:

      • Proven experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, technical advisory, or similar customer-facing technical role
      • Strong knowledge of Autodesk products such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or Autodesk Forma (preferred)
      • Understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Common Data Environment (CDE) / information management concepts
      • Familiarity with asset data structures, workflows, and enterprise IT environments (an advantage)
      • Experience within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors, ideally including the DACH region market context
      • Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
      • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, technical, and product teams in a matrix environment
      • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required
      • Willingness to travel across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and occasionally other international locations
