We are looking for a working student for our Training Department in Karlsruhe. As a working student, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting while gaining exciting insights that can help you in your academic career.

The Young Talents program is currently being developed, and you’ll have the opportunity to play a role in implementing and establishing the training and working student program. You’ll work on smaller projects as well as handle day-to-day operations in supporting the Young Talents program.

Tasks

Supporting the organization and implementation of training measures.
Independent communication with departments and other HR teams.
Supporting the supervision of trainees and planning training content.
You will be responsible for developing learning journeys.

Qualifications

You are currently studying a subject with a focus on economics or social sciences and are eager to help shape the topic of training and work independently on small projects. Additionally, you possess the following skills:

You are a careful and flexible person.
You work independently and in a structured manner.
You are engaged, open, and strong in your communication.
You have excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
You are available for approximately 15-20 hours per week.
You are available as soon as possible.
