Technical Product Manager m/f/d

to join our wonderful Product & Design team here in Berlin.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead discovery and delivery of technical product developments, focusing on data transfer and connectivity between GIATA products and other systems
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success
• Work closely with developers to translate product requirements into technical solutions, providing clear direction and guidance throughout the development process
• Lead the planning and execution of product development sprints, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and functionalities
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, communicating project status, technical concepts, and challenges in a clear and concise manner
• Monitor key performance metrics, track product usage, and gather insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

WHAT YOU BRING

• Academic degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry

• Deep understanding of connectivity issues, with experience working with APIs, data feeds, etc

• Understanding of and experience with continuous product discovery methods

• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, agile principles, and project management practices

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Proven leadership capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion WHAT WE OFFER
