Product Manager Visual Media Platform (f/m/d)

IMAGO is a leading visual media platform with >500 million images & videos. Over 10.000 national & international top clients use a variety of our media, from the newest sports and editorial content to diverse stock photography and videos.

At IMAGO we are currently around 90 people - most of them working in our central Berlin office. Founded in 1997, IMAGO is still privately owned by its founders and operates with flat hierarchies.

We are searching for an experienced product manager to be the strong link between our client- & partner-facing teams and our growing dev teams - working together closely with the senior management team.

To continue our current growth path, we are looking for someone with great passion to bring our product management approach to the next level.

Tasks

• Develop and implement product strategies and guide our dev team in bringing them to life
• Manage the product roadmap, drive product discovery and prioritize feature development for our dev sprints
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements as well as being the central contact for external partners and clients for IT-related requests
• Define and analyze key performance indicators to measure success of the platform
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to drive product innovation

Requirements

• You are a strong communicator and passionate about leading cross-functional initiatives to drive sustainable change
• You are highly solution-oriented and have a strong focus on execution
• You are well-organized and enjoy structuring and breaking down complex requests
• You understand business-related challenges but you are also aware of design and IT-related considerations
• You have gained relevant working experience in product management or are switching from related areas e.g. design or software engineering
• You are fluent in English, German-speaking skills are a big plus
