Tasks

Reach out to potential clients via email and social media to introduce them to our Proven track record in a sales or business development role, ideally in staffing, recruiting, or a fast-paced B2B environment
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and brand awareness
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the staffing and recruiting industry
Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and sales activities to ensure accurate records
Participate in weekly sales meetings to share insights and feedback from client interactions and discuss progress towards goalsunique Gen Z recruiting approach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the staffing and recruiting industry.

Requirements

GERMAN C2
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to reach out cold and follow up consistently
Comfortable with outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline and log activity accurately
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a hunger to hit and exceed goals
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
