The Site People Partner is responsible for the operational and strategic management of all HR-related topics at the site and acts as a key interface between employees, site management, and the works council.
Key responsibilities include:
· Full employee lifecycle management, including recruitment and onboarding of blue- and white-collar employees, contract creation, contract amendments, and terminations
· Probation period management as well as absence and leave management
· Preparation of monthly payroll and close coordination with the external payroll provider
· Handling employee relations topics, including providing guidance, counseling, conflict resolution, and support in sensitive matters
· Daily HR support for the site management team
· Maintenance and administration of employee records, HR systems, and personnel files in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
· Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and programs
· Responsibility for HR-related occupational health and safety topics, including occupational health procedures and accident documentation and reporting
· Acting as a trusted operational interface to the works council, ensuring constructive and compliant cooperation
· Initiating and implementing measures to improve the working environment and employee engagement at the site
Professional Requirements:
· Completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Law, Psychology, or a comparable field
· Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor law, particularly in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and applicable labor regulations
· Related hands-on experience (2+ years)
· Experience in operational HR roles, preferably in a site-based or production-oriented environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all organizational levels
· Confident handling of sensitive issues and professional advisory skills for managers and employees
· Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
· Data-driven and analytical mindset, with experience using HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
