Requirements

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and motivated Senior Consultant S/4HANA Lending (CML/CMS) m/f/d, who thrives in a fast‑paced, global cloud software and services environment and supports our customers’ transformation projects.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, or Economics.
A minimum of 3–5 years of consulting experience in implementing S/4HANA Lending modules, especially Consumer and Mortgage Loans (CML) and/or Collateral Management (CMS).
Strong understanding of banking lending processes.
Solid understanding of functional processes and integrations within the lending landscape.
Customer-facing experience and confidence in interacting with stakeholders.
Strong willingness to continuously learn, evolve, and contribute to the organization’s vision.
Ability to stay abreast of industry trends and keep up to date with solution-related developments.
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
