    Our IT squadron is the backbone of the company, addressing all tech-related queries and spearheading various organizational projects. Despite being a compact team of five (comprising four IT Support members and the Director of IT Support), we punch above our weight. You will be in constant collaboration with other departments, safeguarding the integrity and security of our systems and data.

    Tasks

    • Oversee and enhance office infrastructure, including server and network maintenance and migrations.
    • Collaborate with teams for identity management tasks across various systems.
    • Assist in transitioning from on-premise to cloud-based solutions.
    • Address Level 3 ticket escalations and manage incident resolutions.
    • Support helpdesk operations, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and assorted IT tasks.

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years of practical experience in IT operations within a corporate setting.
    • Stellar communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
    • A service-first attitude with a knack for empathetic and clear communication across varied tech expertise levels.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Technologies.
    • Hands-on prowess in Active Directory and Group Policies management.
    • A solid technical understanding of PCs, Apple devices, and desktop hardware.
    • A process-driven mindset, with innovative and analytical thinking abilities.
    • Skilled in prioritization, time management, and efficient scheduling.
    • Proficiency in Linux command line operations, vi editor, and service management.
    • Expertise in patch management and end-user device policy implementation.
    • Experience in working alongside IT vendors to tackle complex issues.
    • A grasp of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) for basic network troubleshooting.
    • A commitment to meticulous documentation for enhancing procedures and troubleshooting.

    Important to Note:
