About the role
As Team Lead Project Management – Premium Clients, you’ll take on a hybrid role that combines people leadership with hands-on client management. You’ll lead a team responsible for onboarding and developing our premium client accounts—while also managing your own portfolio of strategic clients.
This role is all about delivering exceptional rollout experiences and nurturing long-term client relationships. From the first onboarding call to continuous service optimization, you’ll ensure smooth operations and act as a key point of contact for some of our most important customers.
What you'll do
Team Leadership & Strategy (approx. 50%)
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers focused on onboarding projects and key account development
- Set goals, define workflows, and establish KPIs to ensure smooth rollouts and long-term client success
- Monitor project and account health throughout the entire customer lifecycle—both for your team and your own clients
- Collaborate with fellow Team Leads and the SVP to align on strategy, resources, and project prioritization
- Drive quality standards, customer satisfaction, and scalability by optimizing and structuring core processes
- Support the hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of new team members
Own Client Portfolio (approx. 50%)
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and ongoing development of 2–6 premium clients, depending on project size and complexity
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders—ensuring a seamless transition from Sales to Operations
- Design and execute customized rollout strategies, including technical integrations and automated communication flows
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with premium clients by anticipating their needs and driving proactive solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Tech teams to resolve issues and scale improvements
- Translate client feedback into feature requests and contribute to the strategic evolution of our product and services

What you’ll need
- A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, client consulting, or key account management
- Proven leadership experience in a team lead or senior project/account management role
- Strong project governance skills with the ability to manage both onboarding and long-term account development
- High customer orientation and confidence in working with senior stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and escalation handling skills with a solution-focused mindset
- Analytical skills and the ability to work confidently with large datasets (e.g., performance data, customer usage patterns)
- Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English, both verbal and written
- Experience in automating customer-facing processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office; familiarity with tools like Asana, Jira, and ideally SQL is a big plus
