International Operations Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are partnering with the world’s leading company for medical and security services. With over 10,000 employees worldwide they work with a broad customer base including Fortune 500 companies, non-governmental organisations and governments worldwide. To help protect employees of companies worldwide from health and safety threats, we are now recruiting an International Operations Coordinator to join the team in Frankfurt am Main. The role is a full-time, office-based position, working in shifts.

Tasks

As the new International Operations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients with questions, issues, problems and/ or emergencies. You will coordinate solutions for a range of different requests working together with the local and global team of specialists. As the first point of contact for the clients, this role is crucial.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Inquiries from clients around the world via phone or email.
• Coordinate and document all measures and agreements regarding our clients' cases and their business travellers and expatriates.
• Play a central role in coordinating and organising the response to a client's concern and involving specialists from various regions and departments to develop the best possible solutions.
• Handle a wide range of medical and security-related issues, from scheduling a consultation to coordinating complex evacuations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Completed education and work experience in a service-oriented profession.
• Fluent in both German and English, both spoken and written.
• Organizational skills and ability to quickly grasp and prioritize complex content.
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Teamwork and service orientation.
• "Can-Do" attitude combined with responsibility.
• Willingness to work in shifts. (Early shift/ Late shift/ and Night Shift (until July 2024))
