WORKING STUDENT HUMAN RESOURCES (f/m/d)

You will be part of the Human Resources Team and directly reporting to our Global Head of HR. As a working student human resources, you have the opportunity to get to know diverse HR daily topics and take on responsibility for challenging tasks. You will be working closely with your team and assist your team from day one with the further development and optimization of e.g. hiring process, HR digitization. You will have the chance to do your Bachelor / Master thesis in consultation with the team and will have the opportunity for a permanent employment after successful graduation.

• Assist the HR Team in the day-to-day operation
• Support recruiting e.g. interact with recruiters and candidates from all around the world, organize and arrange interviews
• Engage in employment contract management
• Support the on/ off-boarding processes
• Take over the responsibility for data maintenance as well as data collection and analysis
• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR systems and processes
• Various other projects according to your personal interest and strengths
• Assist in various administrative activities in Office Management
  • Office maintenance/assisting employees
  • Processing of incoming mail, reception of guests, ordering office supplies

• Enrolled in bachelor / master studies of business administration, business education or sociology with business as minor subject or comparable
• Hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
• Team player
• Strong analytical and highly organized
• Good communication and organization skills
• Feel comfortable with dealing with people from all around the world
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
• Fluent in German and English
