Your responsibilities- Assist the Liquidity Sales team with day-to-day operations relating to the management of key accounts
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process of our new Product Initiatives
- Provide clients with training for our new Product Initiatives
- Manage and resolve incoming requests from clients
- Openly communicate with clients on a professional level
- Maintain communication with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth cooperation of knowledge and status
- Knowledge Management: Formal documents to be prepared to a professional standard
- Assist in various administrative activities
- Possibility for various other projects according to your personal interest and strength
Your profile- Enrolled in Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, or other related degree
- Interested in financial markets
- Open and communicative character
- Good organizational skills, self-motivated with a proactive work ethic
- Willingness to learn and to quickly adapt to new processes
- High level of verbal and written English and German languages
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
