We are looking for a motivated and curious Working Student IT Operations (m/f/d) to join our growing IT team at eleQtron. This is a hands‑on role where you will learn real IT operations from day one and help us keep our employees productive and secure. If you enjoy solving problems, learning new technologies, and working in a friendly and fast-moving environment this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
As part of the IT Operations team, you will:
Handle IT support tickets (create, update, document)
Help prepare laptops and workstations for new employees
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage basic user requests (passwords, accounts, MFA issues)
Keep the inventory of laptops, phones, and licenses up to date
Assist with meeting room equipment and shared devices
Update guides, checklists, and documentation
Escalate issues when needed and learn from your manager
You don’t need to know everything you just need to be willing to learn.

What We Expect from You
You are a good match if you:
Are currently studying (IT, computer science, engineering, or similar)
Are curious about IT and enjoy learning
Communicate clearly and politely
Work reliably and take ownership of tasks
Pay attention to detail (especially in documentation)
Good proficiency in English (written & spoken)
Nice to Have (Bonus):
Basic knowledge of Windows or Microsoft 365
Interest in IT security or device management
First experience helping friends or family with IT issues
Optional: CompTIA ITF+ or similar beginner course
German language skills
