Location: Remote
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (No Base Salary) for the first 6 months
Important: This is a commission-only opportunity. Compensation is earned exclusively as an agreed percentage of successfully won projects that originate through your efforts. There is no fixed salary, retainer, hourly compensation, or employee benefits associated with this role at the moment.
The Opportunity
We're looking for someone who understands how technology consulting businesses grow.
You have experience selling consulting or professional services and know how to identify, qualify, and develop opportunities that lead to long-term client relationships.
Rather than managing an existing sales pipeline, you'll play a key role in expanding Datavent's commercial reach by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and helping drive sustainable revenue growth.
This opportunity is best suited to experienced business development professionals who are comfortable working on a commission-only basis and already have an established network within the technology consulting ecosystem.

Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based engagement with an attractive revenue-sharing structure.
Your compensation will consist solely of an agreed percentage of successfully won projects that originate through your efforts. The commission structure will be discussed individually and aligned with your experience, network, and expected level of involvement.
