    The Junior Marketing Manager supports marketing efforts across all functions with a focus on event management, webinars and social media. It will be one of your primary responsibilities to coordinate and execute our customer marketing activities, working closely with the Customer Success team. You will also frequently cooperate with the operations, sales, and design teams to help build pipeline, drive revenue, increase brand awareness and trust, as well as improve customer retention. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead our customer marketing efforts and support the Customer Success team with communications and assets as needed.
    • Lead planning, execution and reporting for events (in person and virtual), webinars and social media.
    • Create and publish new, SEO-optimized content on our website. 
    • Audit and maintain Conductor's internal German asset repository to ensure asset health.
    • Create insightful reports on your campaign's success and ROI and formulate learnings for future campaigns.
    • Translate, write, proofread and edit German copy for newsletters, emails, sales cadences and other marketing content.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree or comparable vocational training
    • 2+ years of marketing experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven C2 level of German language fluency (written and spoken)
    • Keen eye for details
    • Excited about data with a mentality for testing and commitment to identifying avenues for growth
    • Demonstrated project management, negotiations and problem solving skills
    • Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a fast paced, change oriented environment
    • Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Comfortable with task management tools such as Asana or JIRA
    • Working knowledge of PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets
