The Role
We are in search of an enthusiastic Junior Customer Success Manager to be the bridge between our company and our clients across Europe. We are currently expanding to the United States. Your primary mission will be to ensure the successful onboarding of customers, fostering long-term relationships through high-level service, and cultivating a vibrant community around our company.

This individual should derive satisfaction from going above and beyond to ensure our customers feel valued, supported, and connected to our community. The ideal candidate will approach every interaction with empathy and a service-oriented mindset, aiming to exceed expectations and foster positive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Management (70% of your time):
Successfully onboard customers, ensuring a complete signup and understanding of our services.
Act as an Account Executive, maintaining regular communication with customers, including check-ins, birthday messages, and gifts.
Build a robust community by delivering an exceptional level of service, making our clients feel valued and engaged.
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Monitoring customer usage and engagement with the product to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Customer Service Administrative Support (20% of your time):
Assist in managing CS operations, including supplies procurement and coordination with service providers (For instance, dispatch Welcome Box to members, etc.)
Support financial operations by managing pending payments, sending reminders, etc.
Special Projects and Events (10% of your time):
Contribute to the organization of international conferences, social events, and workshops aimed at enhancing community engagement with our members.
Participate in and propose improvements to our processes and operations.
