Research & Platform Implementation Analyst (w/m/d)

Research & Platform Implementation Analyst 
Location: Berlin Office (4 days a week in office)
Working Timezone: EMEA Timezone Required
Position Level: Entry-Level

The Research & Platform Implementation Analyst will assist in the timely processing, management, and completion of professional services deliverables such as: taking ownership of Conductor account set-up with a focus on account strategy, structure, coordination, and implementation of data researched during and post customer onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Conductor platform implementation during customer Onboarding inclusive of detailed German and English SEO keyword research, Conductor platform organization, and customer web analytics/add-on integration during a 30-day Onboarding period.
• Working with existing customer base at the request of post-onboarding professional service offerings that include SEO keyword research and Conductor account set-up best practices.
• Communication with client(s) to ensure optimal account structure, keyword allocation, and organizational structure in Conductor platform during platform Onboarding and when requested by Customer Success/Professional Services Teams post-Onboarding.
• Assisting in the automation of key research processes and the adoption of these tools to efficiently complete implementation and integration tasks.
• Cross-department collaboration with Customer Success & Account Management Teams for ongoing platform success.

Requirements

• Level C1 proficiency in both German and English languages is a mandatory requirement for this position
• 1+ years of related experience conducting SEO keyword research and onboarding platform implementation is preferred
• General understanding of fundamental SEO concepts
• Detail oriented work ethic
• Excellent excel skills and working with large data sets
• Demonstrate ability to develop and execute on strategic insight.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
