Here is how you can shape our journey as Lead Platform Engineer (m/f/x):
Your tasks
As Lead Platform Engineer (m/f/d) you will own the cloud-native infrastructure that engineering teams rely on to move fast. You'll drive architectural decisions, align platform standards across teams, and identify problems before they become incidents. All with a high degree of autonomy and a product mindset.
Your responsibilities:
- Own the reliability, security, compliance, and cost efficiency of our cloud platform
- Automate the provisioning, scaling, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and more
- Drive architectural discussions and align platform standards across engineering, product, and security teams, negotiating constraints where needed
- Approach platform engineering with a product mindset, where internal teams are your customers
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies before they become incidents and own the solution end to end
- Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted tooling into platform workflows where it creates real value
What you bring

Must have:
- Professional experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Proven experience influencing technical decisions beyond your immediate team
- Communicate technical and architectural tradeoffs clearly to both engineers and non-technical audiences
- Experience coding with Go or Python as well as with scripting languages like Bash
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Knowledge in platform security best practices
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with GitOps workflows and infrastructure automation pipelines (Terragrunt, Atlantis, SST)
