Here is how you can shape our journey as Lead Platform Engineer (m/f/x):

Your tasks

As Lead Platform Engineer (m/f/d) you will own the cloud-native infrastructure that engineering teams rely on to move fast. You'll drive architectural decisions, align platform standards across teams, and identify problems before they become incidents. All with a high degree of autonomy and a product mindset.

Your responsibilities:

Own the reliability, security, compliance, and cost efficiency of our cloud platform
Automate the provisioning, scaling, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and more
Drive architectural discussions and align platform standards across engineering, product, and security teams, negotiating constraints where needed
Approach platform engineering with a product mindset, where internal teams are your customers
Identify gaps and inefficiencies before they become incidents and own the solution end to end
Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted tooling into platform workflows where it creates real value

What you bring

What you bring:

Must have:

Professional experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
Proven experience influencing technical decisions beyond your immediate team
Communicate technical and architectural tradeoffs clearly to both engineers and non-technical audiences
Experience coding with Go or Python as well as with scripting languages like Bash
Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting
Knowledge in platform security best practices
Strong communication skills and fluency in English

Nice to have:

Familiarity with GitOps workflows and infrastructure automation pipelines (Terragrunt, Atlantis, SST)
