  • We are looking for a dedicated Working Student Rentals Assistant in Berlin to support our Micromobility team across Germany on their daily administrative operations (20 hours a week).     <strong>About the role</strong>

    As a Working Student Rentals Assistant, you will be responsible Collecting and Organising mail, invoices, receipts and forward those to correct stakeholders (including opening, scanning, archiving sensitive documents). You will support the Rentals team in administrative tasks related to Operations. Additionally you will support with carrying out HR-related administrative tasks and you will also work alongside the People team. This will include working to ensure employees' onboarding and off-boarding both in the Berlin office and remotely in Germany. Overall, you will be a key stakeholder towards carrying key administrative tasks for our rentals teams!



    <strong>Your daily adventures will include:</strong>

    • Collect and Organise mail, invoices, receipts and forward those to correct stakeholders (including opening, scanning, archiving sensitive documents)
    • Support the Rentals team in administrative tasks related to Operations
    • Support with HR-related admin tasks and work alongside the People team, including employees' onboarding and offboarding both in the Berlin office and remote in Germany
    • Aid in keeping track of all office-related budgets in line with company guidelines and procedures
    • Organise team events/ celebrations and create traditions to enhance the company culture in the office
    • Assist our Country Manager and other local teams
    • Other - because Bolt is a fast-developing startup and there is always something around the corner


     

     

    <strong>About you:</strong>

    • You are about people and be passionate about helping others
    • You are a natural problem solver
    • High attention to detail and you are able to multitask
    • Have excellent spoken and written English and German, any other language is a plus
    • You are passionate about new technology and communicating with international team
    • You are very delicate about information which is trusted to you
    • You have a positive can do attitude
    • These additional points are a plus!: A positive can do attitude + If you have traveled the world or worked alongside international teams in the past + If you are familiar with MacBooks, GDocs, GMail, Slack (or an alternative) as well as videoconferencing.
