    Your mission as a Performance Marketing Manager (SEA) (m/f/d)

    Appinio is on the lookout for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager specialising in Search Engine Advertising (SEA). This critical role ensures that Appinio effectively captures demand in areas where potential clients are actively searching for market research solutions. 

    As a key member of the growth marketing team, you will oversee the demand capture journey of new users. Your role involves consulting with and supporting various Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to implement global strategies aimed toward enhancing revenue and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

    What you'll be doing

    • Strategically manage and operationally oversee paid search channels like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
    • Plan, prioritise, and execute new channels and initiatives for capturing demand
    • Own measurement of demand-capturing channels, looking beyond traditional attribution to truly understand the value of our initiatives and refine bidding and targeting strategies
    • Collaborate closely with local GTM teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and efficient acquisition of new customers
    • Design and optimise landing pages as a part of the overall demand-capturing strategy

    You will thrive in this role if

    • You have at least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on SEA
    • You have a basic working knowledge of Hubspot or a similar CRM system
    • Your approach is data-driven, with a proactive attitude toward identifying new growth opportunities
    • Your experience spans working on a global scale, ideally in a B2B context
    • You question how things were done historically and put in the context of modern technology and user behaviour
    • You are proactive, always eager to embrace new challenges, and comfortable with independently managing your projects and roadmap
    • Curiosity and drive are at your core, coupled with a strong desire to learn, contribute, and make a significant impact
