Can we edit our job posting on the job board after it has been posted?
Yes, please get in touch and we can make the changes for free. Please note that the changes must be for the same job position.
How can we post multiple job postings?
To make this process easy, you can send us the job postings with a tracking link. We will post the jobs and send an invoice to pay after.
How long is the job post displayed on the job board?
Your job post will stay on the homepage of job board for 30 days. If you have filled your open job position, let us know.
Can you give us a discount?
If you would like to post multiple job postings, yes.
We require an invoice or receipt for payment. How can we obtain one?
We will send you an invoice and payment of receipt within 24 hours of payment to the email address provided.
Can we post remote jobs?
Yes, as long as the candidates can work from Germany. Most of the job seekers are either located or interested in working out of Germany.
Our company offers visa sponsorship / relocation assistance / four day work week. How can we attract more candidates?
Please include this text as clearly as possible on the job description. Our system will automatically display these on the categories for Visa Sponsored Jobs, Jobs with Relocation Assistance, or 4 day work week jobs .
What payment methods do you support and is our payment information secure?
Yes, we use Stripe to process our payments. Stripe offers a lot of payment methods including:

How can we include VAT number on our invoice?
During payment, please select the I'm purchasing as a business option. This will allow you to enter your business information and a VAT number, which will then be included in your invoice / receipt.
Are there any Job Posting Guidelines?
We recommend the following things to ensure quality of job posts.
  • One job title per job posting
  • Use known and descriptive job titles ("Software Developer" instead of "Rockstar Developer")
  • Avoid usage of excess punctuation
  • Avoid all capital letters
  • Include requirements and benefits that the company offers
  • Include what the interview process and stages of interviews will look like
  • Provide a timeline where candidates can expect a response
  • Please don't try to clickbait candidates with job titles
