About The Role
As a Working Student in our German Sales team, you’ll play a key part in helping small/medium sized business owners and freelancers discover our cutting-edge banking solutions. You’ll support the sales cycle, learn from experienced professionals, and gain hands-on experience that will kickstart your career.
Your Mission
- Engage with Customers: Handle inbound calls and help potential clients in Germany navigate the business account opening process.
- Understand Client Needs: Learn about the unique banking requirements of small/medium business owners and offer tailored solutions.
- Become a Product Expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to confidently answer client questions.
- Build Relationships: Help foster positive client relationships and identify ways to provide ongoing value.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a university program (Business, Economics, Communication, or similar)
- Native-level fluency in German and good English communication skills
- Confidence in speaking on the phone with clients in a professional, friendly way
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms (CRM experience is a plus)
