    We're seeking experienced people to join our core team. The ideal collaborator excels in startup environments, is adept at prioritizing tasks independently, and embraces calculated risks. We're on a fast-paced trajectory and are not just seeking individuals to accompany us on the journey — we're looking for trailblazers.

    Tasks

    • Define and follow metrics to track your customers’ success
    • Experience working in close customer collaboration, and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels
    • Analyze customer data to avoid churn and drive adoption and retention
    • Collaborate with the Account Team (SDR, AE etc) to strategically plan for renewals and expansions
    • Experience advocating for customers and the ability to foster and cultivate relationships with key customers
    • Experience with managing projects and deadlines
    • Available to visit our customers

    Requirements

    • 3+ years directly related experience delivering SaaS software solutions
    • Degree in Business or related field
    • Fluency in English and German
    • Experience in a complex customer environment (SME and Enterprise)
    • Have presented and pitched to C-level executives on a business change
    • Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great customer experience
    • Ability to assess customer needs and build valuable, trusted, relationships at all levels
    • Curiosity and willingness to learn continuously all aspects of the software development lifecycle
    • Willing to challenge the status quo, acknowledges issues and proposes possible solutions Considerate and motivated by the success of the team

    Please note that this position is preferably hybrid in Munich/Germany, and we offer relocation. However, we are open to remote candidates as well.
