  • Our partner, a well-known German retailer, is seeking a SAP Solution Architect – HR & Administration (m/f/d) – with relocation. This is a full-time position in the Düsseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (hybrid work environment).

    Tasks

    • Lead the design and implementation of scalable and stable SAP architectures for HR and administrative processes, aligned with the company’s global system template.

    • Collaborate closely with international IT teams and architecture networks (Enterprise, Domain, Solution) to align strategies and drive cohesive system solutions.

    • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements—especially in HR and Administrations operations—to boost accuracy and efficiency.

    • Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging emerging technologies and architectural best practices in both HR and Administration domains. Finance experience is a plus but not mandatory.

    • Contribute to the digitization roadmap and strategic improvement of integrated financial and HR systems.

    Requirements

    • Strong professional experience in software architecture with a proven track record designing integrated business solutions.

    • Professional experience with Workday and project management in SAP-related transformation programs.

    • In-depth experience with SAP HR/HCM modules or personnel systems.

    • Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and a solid understanding of modern SAP environments.

    • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across different stakeholder levels.

    • Fluency in English (C1 or higher); German is a plus, but not mandatory.
