As our Strategy and Business Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with various aspects of our business, such as fundraising, strategic discussions, and internal goal-setting. Your mission is to foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence!

Tasks

🪄 Your role and responsibilities

Assist the management and decision-makers in the development of long-term and short-term strategic plans to drive growth and innovation
Support in fundraising activities, managing stakeholders like Investors, VCs and Business Angels
Contribute to the development and tracking of OKRs across departments, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Assist in establishing metrics and benchmarks to measure progress towards key results
Assist in organizing and coordinating company-wide meetings, including agenda creation, scheduling, and logistics
Directly report to the manager of the operations team and assist wherever it´s needed

Requirements

🧠 What you should bring along

Qualification: Bachelor in Business Administration or any related field (Master is a plus).
Experience: Preferably, you bring experience from a fast-paced environment such as a startup, strategy consulting or tech company
Entrepreneurial Spirit: You will receive a lot of responsibility from day one, gaining deep insights into all aspects of the company. Unleash free potentials and facilitate growth.
People Skills: Building trust and teamwork are key in your position, as is the ability to work with and through others to drive results and make change happen.
Effective communication: Concise written and verbal communication, especially with report writing & building slide packs that have a strong and compelling narrative
Technical Understanding: A good understanding of battery recycling and/or chemical processes is very helpful in this role.
Growth Mindset: You want to learn and improve every day. This includes being open to new ideas and feedback.
Languages: Your English is fluent, any additional language is a plus
