    Tasks

    • You will independently manage multiple searches in parallel - starting with the translation of the needs into the individual search strategy, candidate approach, interviews and introductions up to continuous consulting at eye level
    • You will help consolidate our team with a focus on the Eurasia region. As we are an international team, we also work globally. So if you are looking for an international working environment, you are in the right place with us
    • You will focus on the entire employee lifecycle and be a sparring partner for branch managers and employees on all HR and labor law issues.
    • Holistic HR support and the implementation of our local and global policies are part of your daily work.
    • Keeping an eye on the big picture: You will take responsibility for cross-company issues, such as topics related to digitalization.
    • When drafting and negotiating company agreements with employee representatives, for example, you will succeed in finding target- and future-oriented solutions.

    Requirements

    • You have a successfully completed university degree or vocational training in HR management
    • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of HR with a focus on people management and recruitment.
    • You have a completed university degree or vocational training in HR management
    • You have a very conscientious, structured and reliable way of working
    • Excellent speaking and writing in German and English
