Tasks

Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions
Build and scale internal AI agents
Automate customer data validation, bank data verification & operational workflows
Transform financial reporting from manual processes to intelligent automation
Integrate OpenAI / cloud AI services into real business environments
Support digital transformation across multiple European countries

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related field
3+ years of relevant experience in AI implementation, automation, or software development
Strong Python skills and experience with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI)
Hands-on automation & system integration experience
Cloud knowledge (Azure preferred)
A structured, solution-oriented mindset
Fluent English
