Tasks

Work closely with regional HR manager and support the recruitment and HR matters.
Responsible for the 360-degree Recruitment process
Handling all the contracts and ensuring compliance with legal, operational, and individual contractual provisions.
Holistic HR support and the implementation of our local and global policies are part of your daily work.

Requirements

You have a completed university degree or vocational training in HR management
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of HR with a focus on people management and recruitment.
You have very good knowledge of labor law
You have a very conscientious, structured and reliable way of working
Excellent speaking and writing in German and English
