We've outgrown agency setups. Now we need someone who thinks like a founder, executes like a specialist, and wants to build something they're proud of.
Tasks
- Own and run performance marketing across multiple brands (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Build a structured testing framework for creatives, hooks, and audiences
- Work closely with brand teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Set up and improve tracking & attribution from the ground up (Shopify, GA4)
- Analyze performance data deeply and turn insights into action
- Scale winning campaigns and systematically improve CAC
- Think in funnels and customer journeys — not just channels
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in D2C
- Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search & Shopping)— this is your core craft (must-have)
- Analytical mindset: you read numbers, draw conclusions, test hypotheses
- Experience with creative testing and iterative optimization
- No fear of ambiguity — you create structure where there is none
