At TheFamilyGroup, we build a house of brands for families – from baby to teenage years. Our ambition is to become the company behind the most loved kids & family brands in Europe.
We are already operating multiple brands with double-digit million revenue and strong growth.
Now we’re taking the next step:
Building an in-house performance marketing engine that outperforms any external agency. This role is not about simply managing campaigns. It’s about building and scaling our growth machine.

- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns with clear ROI focus
- Build a structured testing framework (creatives, hooks, audiences)
- Work closely with brand teams to develop high-performing creatives
- Analyze performance deeply and derive actionable insights
- Scale winning campaigns and systematically improve CAC
- Set up and improve tracking & attribution (Shopify, GA4, etc.)
- Think in funnels and customer journeys, not just channels
- Contribute to building our internal performance marketing setup
Requirements
- multiple years experience in performance marketing (ideally D2C)
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (must-have)
- Solid understanding of Google Ads (Search & Shopping)
- Analytical mindset and strong data understanding
- Experience with testing frameworks and iterative optimization
- Strong interest in creatives and what makes them perform
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you want to build, not just execute
Nice to have:
- Experience with Shopify
- TikTok Ads experience
- Understanding of attribution and tracking setups
Benefits
- Build the performance engine of a fast-growing multi-brand company
- Work directly with experienced serial founders
- High ownership and real impact from day one
- Fast learning curve across different brands and audiences
- Dynamic, no-corporate environment
- Competitive salary + upside potential
If you want to build something instead of optimizing someone else’s account, we’d love to hear from you.
